You worked hard to get your clients, so you have to protect yourself. And that’s why every conversation with The Exact begins from a place of trust.

As a rule, you should have your quants in 48 hours unless we tell you otherwise. These 48 hours begin once you send us all the information we require to work on your project.

This promise is on a working day basis. If we receive your enquiry on a Friday morning, this means you should receive your quants on the following Tuesday. 

Exceptions:

If we require more than 48 hours, you’ll always know about it from the start. Other times, your quants will be ready sooner than 48 hours! Just let us know how time-sensitive the project is at the beginning.
